Coleman Moore is a husband, father of four, career firefighter, military servicemember, and competitive bodybuilder. He enlisted in the National Guard in 2006 and will soon be retiring. His life has been dedicated to emergency services with career experience in law enforcement and firefighting.

Maintaining peak physical condition is essential to both his military and firefighting roles—something Coleman prioritizes through disciplined training, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Since 2021, he has competed in Men's Physique and Classic Physique, and has contended for overall titles and competed at the National Level.

Ashley is a registered nurse, bodybuilding coach, and mom of four with a deep passion for health, fitness, and helping women transform their lives. After losing 50 pounds during her husband's military deployment in 2020, she went on to begin competing in bodybuilding in 2022, and has since competed in multiple shows, starting in the bikini division, and now in the figure division.

She coaches women who want guidance, strength, and confidence. The bulk of her career as a registered nurse has been spent in women's health. She's passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where women can learn how to lift, train for bodybuilding, for functionality, for lifetime independence, and to build bodies they feel confident in and proud of.
